The recto of the folio shows a historiated capital "U" (11 lines), with the figure of Jeremiah, illuminated in gold, blue, red, white, green, gray and black. It also shows two capitals in red and blue ink, decorated in penwork. On the verso, an initial in red, decorated with green penwork. Text in two columns of 46 lines, textualis script (?). 44 x 31 cm. Illuminated in gold, red, blue, green, brown, white and beige. On the verso, two initials in red and blue, decorated with penwork. Text in two columns of 38 lines, textualis script (?). 35.5 x 25 cm.
